Everyone felt that the 4 days of experience was fast. There was still a lot for us to learn; unfortunately, that experience had to end.
After the whole bagging experience, we were led inside the RDU section of SM Megamall. It was there where we shared our experiences and gave our gratitude and thanks to the SM Management and co-employees for having us undergo this experience.
Truly, the SM Immersion is an experience that is unforgettable. It was through this experience that I got to meet different kinds of people that I do not normally see everyday whether in my comfort zone or in school. Both the employees and customers are two different people of varying levels in society. Having to experience as the laborer instead of the customer is really a big shift and change that can help me understand the better of society and its community.
